We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with a basic understanding of IT and technology services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and driving business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, networking, and field visits
- Promote and sell company products/services (including tech/IT solutions)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and lead generation
- Maintain accurate sales reports and client data
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle clients confidently and close deals
- Understanding of sales strategies and target-driven approach
- Basic knowledge of IT/technology services and solutions
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation
- Strong problem-solving and result-oriented mindset
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
