Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to handle customer interactions, promote general insurance products, and ensure a smooth policy buying and servicing experience. The role involves building long-term relationships with clients and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explain general insurance products such as motor, health, travel, and property insurance to customers
- Generate leads and convert them into policy sales
- Assist customers in selecting suitable insurance plans based on their needs
- Handle policy documentation, renewals, and endorsements
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance and claims processing
- Follow up with clients for renewals and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of insurance products (Two wheeler insurance preferred)
- Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Experience:
- 0–2 years of experience in insurance, sales, or customer service.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
