Job Summary
Fiestro Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a customer-focused and energetic Travel Executive – Domestic & International to manage travel enquiries, assist clients with holiday planning, prepare customized itineraries, and coordinate bookings for domestic and international destinations.
The ideal candidate should have good destination knowledge, excellent communication skills, strong customer-handling abilities, and a passion for the travel and tourism industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesTravel Sales & Enquiries
- Handle enquiries for domestic and international holiday packages.
- Understand customers' travel requirements, preferences, budget, and itinerary expectations.
- Recommend suitable destinations, packages, hotels, transportation, and activities.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations.
- Follow up with customers regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and booking status.
- Achieve assigned individual sales and booking targets.
Domestic & International Travel Planning
- Handle travel requirements for domestic and international destinations.
- Maintain updated knowledge of popular destinations, hotels, sightseeing options, and travel experiences.
- Assist clients with flight, hotel, transportation, sightseeing, and activity arrangements.
- Stay updated with visa requirements, travel guidelines, and destination-specific information.
- Ensure that customers receive accurate and complete travel information before booking.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
