The Café Manager will be responsible for the overall operation, sales, staffing, customer service, inventory, and profitability of the café.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage daily café operations.
· Supervise café staff.
· Ensure quality food and beverage service.
· Monitor sales and daily revenue.
· Manage inventory and procurement.
· Control wastage and operational costs.
· Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards.
· Handle customer feedback and complaints.
· Develop strategies to increase café sales.
· Maintain daily sales, stock, and expense records.
· Coordinate with the Hotel Manager and management.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
