We are seeking a detail-oriented US HR Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end employee onboarding, compliance, and HR workflows for our US team. What You Will Do:
- Onboarding Excellence: Own the post-hire process, activating candidate profiles across multiple CRM and HRIS systems.
- Compliance & Audits: Review electronic hiring documents, I-9 forms, background checks, and drug testing results to ensure strict adherence to US labor laws.
- Workflow Management: Guide candidates smoothly through internal ATS tracking phases and flag system inefficiencies.
- Global Collaboration: Partner closely with US-based branch teams and community organizations to coordinate off-site onboarding schedules.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in US HR Operations, US Recruitment Support, or an International BPO backend process.
- Skills: Flawless verbal and written English communication; highly proficient in HR databases and tracking tools.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working Indian Night Shifts to align with US business hours (including weekends/holidays if required).
- Education: Graduate/Bachelor's degree completed.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
