We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Store Manager to
lead ourretail business and drive consistent growth, operational
excellence, and outstanding customer experience. This role is
responsible for store operations
Key responsibilities:
- Greet customers and respond to customer
enquiries.
- Offer outstanding hospitality throughout client
visits, aiding. positive customer experiences
and loyalty.
- Deliver polite, professional customer service to
enhance business. potation through positive first
impressions.
- Manage bookings to optimize team availability.
- Schedule appointments and oversaw customer
appointments. calendar.
- Part of front desk management, customer
service Handle complaints camly and
professionally, providing appropriate solutions
to promote continued customer satisfaction.
- Build rapport with customers through courteous
and professional.
- Shift Timings – 11 am to 8 pm
- 6 days working Rotational off
- NO off on Saturday and Sundays
- Week off you can take between Monday to
Friday anyone day as per your choice
- Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
