Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic Project Engineers to manage the execution of rooftop solar EPC projects from planning and installation through commissioning. The role involves site coordination, project execution, technical documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute rooftop solar installation projects from planning to commissioning.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project quality, safety, and compliance with technical standards.
- Prepare and review Electrical Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), AC/DC layouts, and project documentation.
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) and coordinate material procurement with the Purchase team.
- Assist in preparing techno-commercial proposals.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments for new projects.
- Support Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities for commissioned projects.
- Travel to project sites across India as required.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Fresher to 3 years of experience in solar, electrical, or EPC projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D & 3D.
- Understanding of Electrical SLDs, AC/DC systems, and BOM preparation is preferred for experienced candidates.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Required Skills
- Strong project execution and site coordination skills.
- Good technical understanding of solar EPC projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi. Marathi will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently to project sites across India.
