Role Overview
As a Customer Success Executive, you will be the face of our company for our clients post implementation. Your primary responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction, product adoption, and long-term retention. You’ll work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to resolve issues, provide training, and drive the overall success of our ERP software.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients after onboarding.
- Provide product training and support to school staff and administrators.
- Troubleshoot basic product issues and coordinate with technical teams for escalations.
- Monitor client usage and ensure optimal adoption of the ERP modules.
- Proactively follow up on client concerns and feature requests.
- Assist in configuring modules like School Setup, Fee Management, Attendance, etc.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions and updates.
- Build strong client relationships to promote renewals and referrals.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Logical problem-solving and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, formatting, etc.).
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp new tools, processes, and ERP features.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field; tech or education background preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to travel to client locations for face-to-face interaction, if required (post-training phase).

Compensation & Employment Terms
- CTC: Fixed + Travel Allowances
- Probation Period: 6 months
- Bond Period: 2 years of service commitment, to begin after completion of the probation period
- Increments: Annual performance-based increment applicable after completing 1 full year with the company (6 months of Probation + 6 months into the bond)
