Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial transactions, and compliance-related activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Record and maintain financial transactions accurately.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial summaries.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience handling statutory compliance and audits.
- Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
