- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel PMS software.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Positive attitude with strong guest handling skills.
- Prior hotel experience preferred.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update PMS software regularly.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance departments for guest requirements.
- Handle cash, card, and online payment transactions accurately.
- Answer telephone calls and provide correct information to guests.
- Ensure lobby and reception area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Upsell hotel rooms and services to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Assist guests with local information, transportation, and other support services.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Follow hotel policies, SOPs, grooming, and service standards strictly.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
