Responsibilities:
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)
1. E-commerce Packaging Operations (Morning to 3:00 PM)
Manage and oversee the complete packaging process for all e-commerce orders.
Ensure timely packing and dispatch preparation for orders across all marketplaces.
Verify product accuracy, quantity, and packaging quality before shipment.
Organize and sort packed orders platform-wise and courier-wise for smooth dispatch.
Optimize packaging workflows to improve efficiency and minimize errors.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure on-time order processing.
Personally perform packaging whenever required to prevent delays in order processing and dispatch, ensuring smooth operational flow.
2. Account Analysis & Returns Management (After 3:00 PM)
Review and analyze marketplace accounts and daily order performance.
Monitor and organize return orders while maintaining accurate records.
Investigate return reasons and identify opportunities to reduce returns.
Prepare reports related to orders, returns, and operational performance.
Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve account and return-related issues.
Ensure all operational data is updated and maintained accurately.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Timely processing of 100% of daily e-commerce orders.
High packaging accuracy with minimal dispatch errors.
Efficient sorting and optimization of packaging operations.
Proper tracking and management of return inventory.
Daily completion of account analysis and operational reporting.
Continuous improvement in packaging efficiency and return handling.
