Job Description
· Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery used in diamond cutting, polishing, and shaping processes.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with machinery, including mechanical, electrical, and software-related problems.
· Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
· Calibrate machinery to ensure accurate and precise performance according to specified parameters.
· Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
· Collaborate with other team members to implement preventive maintenance schedules and protocols.
· Manage software systems used in various aspects of the company's operations, including inventory management, production scheduling, and quality control.
· Ensure all software applications are properly licensed, updated, and maintained to meet the company's needs.
· Stay current with advancements in machining technology and software solutions relevant to the diamond industry.
· To travel as and when required for machine service-related activities.
· To give demonstration to clients for the machine related activities.
· Conduct R & D related to Machines parts.
· To carry out development of Software & web.
Job Specification
· Proven experience in technical roles within the diamond industry or related sectors, with a track record of success in selling machinery or technical solutions.
· Strong technical knowledge and understanding of diamond processing machinery and equipment, including cutting, polishing, and sorting technologies.
· Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts and benefits effectively to customers.
· Customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to providing exceptional service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess customer needs, recommend solutions, and address technical challenges.
· Proficiency in using database software and other sales tools for lead management, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients, attend industry events, and visit manufacturing facilities as needed.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
