Key Responsibilities:
- Handle live kitchen counter for Continental & Italian cuisine
- Menu planning, recipe development & seasonal specials
- Maintain food quality, taste standards & portion control
- Ensure kitchen hygiene, cleanliness & FSSAI compliance
- Control food cost and minimize wastage
- Train, guide & supervise junior kitchen staff
- Handle live customer interaction & feedback at counter
