Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) with at least 1 year of experience in IT sales or business development. The ideal candidate should be passionate about generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and helping drive the company's growth in the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities across India.
Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
Schedule meetings and conduct requirement gathering sessions.
Prepare proposals and coordinate with the technical team for solution discussions.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients.
Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Build long-term relationships with clients.
Required Skills
1+ years of experience in IT sales or business development.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of software services such as websites, mobile apps, ERP, SaaS, and AI solutions.
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or lead generation tools is an added advantage.
