Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining efficiency.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement of necessary materials.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation.
- Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal teams.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
- Adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate problem-solving and forecasting abilities.
- Manage front desk operations, including visitor handling, call coordination, and reception area maintenance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and complete tasks within deadlines.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and shift timings when required.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
