We are hiring a Phlebotomist cum marketing person for our growing diagnostic center.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples using standard venipuncture techniques
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during sample collection
- Proper labeling, handling, and storage of samples
- Maintain hygiene, sterilization, and infection control standards
- Support home sample collection when required
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and referral partners
- Promote diagnostic services, test packages, and home collection facilities
- Generate new business leads and achieve monthly targets
- Conduct regular field visits and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal team for smooth onboarding of clients
- Collect market feedback and analyze competitor activities
- Support branding and promotional activities in the local area
- Promote pathology tests, health packages, and home sample collection services
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Phlebotomist and market knowledge
- Bike mandatory (for home sample collection& visit)
- Knowledge of pathology sample handling
- Good communication and patient-handling skills
- Punctual, responsible, and professional attitude
Salary: ₹10000+ per month (based on experience)
