We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, interacting with potential clients, promoting our products/services, and converting leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using company-provided leads.
- Explain the company's products and services to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with interested clients to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the team to support business growth.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM is a plus).
- Prior experience in sales or telecalling is preferred; freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
