We are seeking a highly creative and design-driven Concept Design Architect to lead the ideation and development of luxury high-rise residential projects. The role is critical in shaping iconic skyline-defining towers that reflect Sobha’s commitment to design excellence, craftsmanship, and premium living experiences.
You will be responsible for translating business strategy, market insights, and brand ethos into distinctive architectural concepts, setting the foundation for world-class developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead concept design and visioning for high-rise luxury residential towers
- Develop innovative massing strategies, tower forms, and façade expressions that enhance skyline identity
- Create design narratives, mood boards, and presentation packages aligned with premium brand positioning
- Optimize unit mix, layouts, core planning, and efficiency for high-rise developments
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, development, sales & marketing) to align design with market demand and commercial viability
- Conduct site analysis, benchmarking of global luxury projects, and feasibility studies
- Work closely with visualization teams to deliver high-quality renders and immersive presentations
- Present concepts to senior leadership and key stakeholders with strong storytelling ability
- Ensure concepts reflect luxury lifestyle trends, sustainability, and innovation
- Support seamless transition from concept to schematic and detailed design stages
Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
