Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage recovery portfolio with respect to collections
- Contact customers to negotiate payment plans & resolve outstanding balances.
- Review accounts for discrepancies & follow up with necessary actions.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities & communications.
- Prepare reports on collection performance & provide insights for improvement.

- Strong communication skill – English & Hindi
- Proficient skills in email writing
- Quick learner & Go getter
- Ability to work independently
- Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy in record keeping.
Fresh B.Com Graduates with proficiency in MS Excel & email writing & good communication skill are also welcome.
