Key Responsibilities :
> Handle customer Queries/Request/Complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
> Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Qualification :
· Graduate (any stream) Fresher and Experience both can apply for this job
· Fresher /Minimum 1 year experience into any voice process are eligible
· Candidates with excellent written & verbal, Basic communication skills in English
· Additional Language of Hindi/Telugu/ Malayalam/ Marathi
· Basic Microsoft OS & Excel Knowledge
