We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining products or services, and converting prospects into customers. Candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain products and services clearly and professionally.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
