Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-ownership Partnership Manager to build, manage, and scale
strategic partnerships across lenders, DSAs, fintech platforms, and distribution channels.
This role is focused on driving disbursals, revenue growth, and partner expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Partnership Acquisition
- Identify and onboard new partners:
NBFCs / Banks (co-lending, sourcing)
DSAs / Channel partners
Digital platforms (apps, marketplaces, aggregators)
- Drive end-to-end deal lifecycle: sourcing → pitching → negotiation → closure
2. Revenue & Disbursal Growth
- Drive monthly disbursal targets through partners
- Improve funnel efficiency: leads → approvals → disbursals
- Increase ticket size and partner productivity
3. Partner Management
- Own relationship with key partners (SPOC role)
- Monitor partner performance (conversion, TAT, volumes)
- Resolve operational bottlenecks (approval delays, tech issues)
4. Product & Strategy
Embedded finance journeys
Insurance / cross-sell monetization
- Identify and execute new revenue opportunities via partnerships
5. Execution & Analytics
- Track KPIs:
Disbursal volume
Approval rates
CAC & ROI
Partner-wise performance metrics
- Use data to improve partner efficiency and output
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2–6 years in Lending / NBFC / fintech partnerships, BD, or alliances
- Strong understanding of loan lifecycle (origination → underwriting → disbursal)
- Experience with DSAs, fintech APIs, or co-lending models
- High ownership and execution mindset
Must-Have Skills:
- Negotiation & deal closing
- Stakeholder management
- Analytical thinking
- Fast execution & problem-solving
- Ability to build from scratch (0→1 mindset)
Good-to-Have:
- Existing network with NBFCs / DSAs
- Experience in co-lending or embedded finance
