Job Responsibilities:
1. Excellent communication skills in English with Proficient knowledge in ITIL Process.
2. Should be responsible for coordinating with the L1 & L2 desktop support calls till closure as per the SOP. If, SOP not available, need to create SOP.
3. Tracking and monitoring regular tickets assigned to the engineers. FCR coordination.
4. Achievement of SLA.
5. Calls should be handled as per guidelines and SOP at site. Ensure all SOP`s have been read and understood.
6. Should be responsible for BAU Operations for EUS support, Daily Activities, report creation and submission.
7. Employee should be soft spoken, best listener & interacts positively with various people in different situations. Works cooperatively and effectively with others to achieve desired goals
8. In case of urgency or any critical task, your support is expected beyond the timeline.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
