Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who will be responsible for handling client queries, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries from clients
- Understand customer requirements related to digital services (website, SEO, ads, etc.)
- Provide accurate information about company services and packages
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) for client work updates
- Follow up with leads and existing clients for ongoing projects
- Maintain client records and update CRM or reports regularly
- Resolve client issues quickly and professionally
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Hindi, English; Bengali is a plus)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or IT services (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and listening skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email handling, CRM tools)
Qualification
- Graduate in any field (preferred)
- Experience in customer support / telecalling / sales support is a plus
Job Type
