Job Description
Infra.Health is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer (Civil) to join our team in Baner, Pune. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate/building construction projects and possess strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and project budgeting.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and MTOs for multi-storeyed building projects.
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
- Conduct rate analysis for materials, labour, and subcontractor works.
- Prepare block estimates and project budgets.
- Review GFC drawings and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with Project Management, Contracts, Procurement, and Site Teams.
- Monitor estimation accuracy and support budget reconciliation.
- Assist in technical sanction and DTP activities for PWD, CPWD, Corporation, and NHM projects.
- Develop and maintain estimation standards in accordance with DSR, PWD, and CPWD guidelines.
- Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
Required Qualification
- BE Civil / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Real Estate or Building Construction projects is mandatory.
- Experience in multi-storeyed residential/commercial projects preferred.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, MTO, rate analysis, and estimation practices.
- Familiarity with PWD/CPWD standards and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
