Job Summary
We are urgently hiring an ITI Fitter for our manufacturing facility in Morbi. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in machine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting. Candidates with experience working on bearing-related machinery or palm/pall machine maintenance will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery.
- Repair and troubleshoot mechanical issues in machines.
- Replace and align bearings, shafts, couplings, and other machine components.
- Diagnose faults and ensure minimum machine downtime.
- Carry out installation and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
- Maintain maintenance records and report recurring issues.
- Follow safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth machine operations.
Required Skills
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in machine repair and maintenance.
- Knowledge of bearing fitting, replacement, and alignment.
- Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments.
- Understanding of preventive maintenance practices.
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is an advantage.
Eligibility
- ITI (Fitter) or equivalent technical qualification.
- 1–5 years of experience in machine maintenance.
- Experience in manufacturing, ceramic, engineering, or industrial plants preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
