Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and skilled Barista to operate our in-house café and provide high-quality beverages and light refreshments to clients and customers. This role is customer/client-facing and plays an important part in creating a welcoming, polished experience that reflects our brand and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, customers, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, equipment, and workstations at all times
- Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all beverages
- Manage daily opening and closing procedures for the café
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
- Handle customer requests and preferences with care and attention to detail
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machines is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Reliable, punctual, and well-organized
- Passion for coffee and customer experience
