The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising interior fit-out work at project sites, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and as per approved drawings and quality standards. The role includes coordinating with contractors, vendors, labor teams, clients, and project managers for smooth site execution.
- Supervise day-to-day interior work activities at the site.
- Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false ceiling teams, and other contractors.
- Monitor material usage and ensure proper handling of site materials.
- Check quality of work and maintain finishing standards.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and update management regularly.
- Handle site measurements and verify contractor bills.
- Ensure proper safety practices and housekeeping at the site.
- Resolve site-related issues and coordinate with architects/designers for clarification.
- Attend client and vendor meetings whenever required.
- Ensure timely completion of projects as per schedule.
Pay: ₹8,918.53 - ₹34,593.46 per month
