About the Company
Aadishwar Food Products is a growing food manufacturing company specializing in sweets and snacks, including Gulab Jamun and other traditional food products. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Head to manage and supervise our production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
- Supervise production staff, helpers, and machine operators.
- Ensure product quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
- Monitor raw material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Maintain production records, batch records, and stock reports.
- Coordinate with Quality, Store, and Dispatch departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices are followed.
- Implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Standards.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Train and guide production workers to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Production Management, or related field.
- Candidates with relevant production experience in food manufacturing may also apply.
Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in food production/manufacturing.
- Experience in sweets, snacks, bakery, dairy, or FMCG production preferred.
Skills Required
