Job Summary
We are looking for Telesales Executives to handle outbound customer calls from our office in Begumpet, Hyderabad. The role involves contacting potential and existing customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products or services, generating leads, following up with prospects, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products, services, offers, and benefits clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Generate leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Follow up with interested customers and prospects.
- Convert leads into sales based on customer requirements.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer calls and interactions.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Follow company calling and sales procedures.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Intermediate or above.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and Telugu is mandatory.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Willing to work from the office in Begumpet.
- Comfortable working 6 days a week with Sunday as the weekly off.
Salary
- Freshers: ₹17,000 CTC per month (approximately ₹15,000 take-home).
- After 3 months: Salary may increase up to ₹22,000 CTC per month based on performance and company policy.
- Experienced candidates: Up to ₹25,000 take-home per month, depending on experience and suitability.
