Management Driver

Travel Requirement: Bangalore to Salem and other long-distance travel as required

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced and professional Management Driver with prior experience working with management. The candidate must be comfortable driving high-end and luxury vehicles, including long-distance and outstation travel.
The role also involves supporting the day-to-day transportation requirements of the management family, including school drop and pick-up, family travel, airport transfers, personal appointments, and other travel requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive high-end / luxury vehicles confidently and safely.
- Provide transportation support to management and family members.
- Handle school drop and pick-up requirements safely and punctually.
- Support family travel, airport transfers, appointments, meetings, events, and other personal or official travel.
- Undertake long-distance travel, including Bangalore–Salem, whenever required.
- Plan routes in advance and ensure punctual arrival at all destinations.
- Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition, including cleanliness, servicing, fuel, and general upkeep.
- Maintain complete confidentiality and discretion regarding management and family matters.
- Ensure a professional, courteous, and respectful approach while interacting with management, family members, children, and guests.
- Maintain trip, mileage, fuel, service, and vehicle-related records.
- Be flexible with working hours based on management and family travel requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of professional driving experience.
- Prior experience working as a Driver for an HNI family / senior management is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in handling high-end and luxury cars.
- Must be confident in highway and long-distance driving.
- Valid LMV Driving Licence with a good driving record.
- Good knowledge of Bangalore city routes and Bangalore–Salem routes.
- Comfortable using Google Maps and navigation applications.
- Must be well-groomed, disciplined, punctual, trustworthy, and responsible.
- High level of confidentiality and personal integrity is essential.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays based on family requirements.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
