We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a keen understanding of the real estate industry. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics that effectively communicate our solutions to our target audience.
- Develop and design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and digital ads tailored to the real estate market.
- Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines, enhancing our brand's presence in the real estate industry.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand their design needs and provide creative solutions.
- Design graphics for our website, social media channels, and email campaigns to engage our audience and drive sales.
- Coordinate with printers to ensure the highest quality for all printed materials.
- Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders to ensure they meet company objectives.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends in graphic design and the real estate industry to ensure our materials are fresh and relevant.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 2 – 4 Years of graphic design experience, preferably in real estate or related industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, 3D) and other graphic design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
