Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Visa Counselor to join our immigration team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling clients regarding study visas, visitor visas, work permits, permanent residency programs, and other immigration pathways. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of immigration processes, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients on visa and immigration options based on their profiles and requirements.
- Assess eligibility for various immigration programs and provide accurate guidance.
- Handle inquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and online leads.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Guide clients regarding documentation, application procedures, and timelines.
- Coordinate with case processing teams to ensure smooth application handling.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into enrollments.
- Stay updated with immigration policies, visa regulations, and program changes.
- Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and applications in CRM systems.
- Train and mentor junior counselors when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1- 3 years of experience in immigration, visa consulting, or overseas education counseling.
- Strong knowledge of Canada, Australia, UK, USA, Schengen, and other immigration/visa programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and client-conversion abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling Permanent Residency (PR), Work Permit, Visitor Visa, and Study Visa cases.
- Strong counseling and objection-handling skills.
