We are looking for a motivated and confident Real Estate Consultant to handle property inquiries, client coordination, site visits, and sales closures. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to understand customer requirements and convert leads into successful deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers to clients.
- Generate and follow up with leads from digital campaigns and references.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
- Maintain client database and daily follow-up records.
- Build strong relationships with buyers and investors.
- Negotiate deals and assist in closing sales.
- Coordinate with sales managers and CRM team for updates.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales and customer handling.
- Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp follow-ups, and site visit coordination.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience in real estate, telecalling, or sales is preferred.
