Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential driver candidates and source drivers for Everest Fleet.
- Explain the driver opportunity, earnings, requirements and joining process.
- Identify interested and eligible drivers and generate a strong candidate pipeline.
- Follow up regularly with interested drivers and convert leads into actual joiners.
- Maintain daily calling, sourcing and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the Driver Onboarding team for document collection and joining.
- Achieve daily and monthly driver sourcing and onboarding targets.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, driver sourcing, recruitment, field sales or customer acquisition.
- Kannada and Hindi communication skills are preferred; English is an added advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing ability can also apply.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
