You will be closing positions fast, executing HR systems from day one, and building a strong hiring pipeline independently across all departments for Melhor Group’s growing operations in Goa. If you thrive on targets, can conduct 10–15 interviews a day without breaking stride, and have the drive to build a hiring engine from scratch — we want you in our team.
Conduct a minimum of 10–15 virtual interviews daily to maintain aggressive hiring velocity
Ensure position closures within defined timelines with zero tolerance for delays
Build and maintain a strong, active candidate pipeline across India
Ensure quality hiring with minimal dropouts and strong relocation commitment to Goa
Set up employee database, attendance tracking, payroll, and recruitment workflows
Train the internal team on the platform and ensure full adoption across the organisation Sourcing Platforms
Demonstrate strong expertise in Naukri.com and LinkedIn hiring as primary sourcing channels
Explore and implement new-age hiring channels, tools, and AI-driven sourcing strategies
Build employer branding presence on recruitment platforms to attract top-tier talent AI Automation in Hiring
Leverage AI tools for screening, shortlisting, and interview scheduling
Build automated workflows to reduce manual effort and accelerate the hiring funnel
Stay current with recruitment technology trends and implement best-in-class tools Reporting Accountability
Submit Daily Performance Reports (DPR) without exception — strict “No DPR, No Salary” policy
Maintain comprehensive hiring trackers, pipeline reports, and closure dashboards
Conduct thorough background checks and ensure strict evaluation and filtering standards
B. Qualifications Experience:
2–6 years of hands-on recruitment experience with demonstrated
Pan-India hiring exposure across multiple functions and seniority levels
Strong command over Naukri.com and LinkedIn Recruiter as primary sourcing tools
Proven experience implementing HRMS platforms (Zimyo experience is a strong plus)
Knowledge of AI-driven recruitment tools and automation workflows Skills Competencies
Aggressive, target-driven approach to recruitment with a startup mindset
Ability to conduct high-volume interviews (10–15/day) without compromising quality
Strong candidate assessment and evaluation skills across diverse roles
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for offer closures
High ownership, self-driven execution, and ability to build processes from scratch
