What You Will Own
In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end web and growth lifecycle — from contributing to UI development and solutioning, through development, API integrations, AI-driven automation, and implementation.
You will help build scalable, SEO-friendly, and high-performing web experiences. Alongside development, you will implement AI-driven solutions to enhance organic visibility across Google Search and emerging AI search experiences and improve lead generation and conversions.
Ensure all pages, features, and integrations deliver optimal performance, responsiveness, and a seamless user experience using HTML, Bootstrap, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
You will also:
- Build and manage API integrations for marketing, analytics, and lead workflows.
- Implement technical SEO best practices (schema, indexing, Core Web Vitals).
- Automate repetitive marketing and content processes using AI tools.
- Perform thorough unit testing and collaborate closely with QA teams and stakeholders during integration, system testing, and UAT to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Where Your Expertise Meets Our Future
- Hands-on experience in web-based application development, preferably in WordPress (custom themes/plugins).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Experience designing and developing web applications using WordPress, HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL.
- Solid understanding of UI development and MVC frameworks.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong experience with PHP, jQuery, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and webhooks.
- Experience working with Bootstrap framework.
- Good knowledge of CI/CD processes and deployment workflows.
Marketing & SEO (Must-have):
- Understanding of technical SEO (crawlability, indexing, structured data, page speed)
- Experience with SEO tools and plugins like Yoast SEO or similar
- Familiarity with analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Google Search Console
AI & Automation (Highly Preferred):
- Experience or strong interest in implementing AI tools in marketing workflows
- Ability to automate content, SEO tasks, and reporting using AI and APIs
- Familiarity with prompt-based tools and AI-assisted development
The Scope of Your Influence
- Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins with a focus on scalability and performance.
- Implement API integrations for CRM, marketing tools, analytics, and lead management systems.
- Build AI-driven workflows to automate content creation, SEO optimization, and reporting.
- Optimize website performance, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO elements.
- Implement customizations for optimum performance and user experience (as per designs provided).
- Contribute actively to the UI/UX and solution design process.
- Ensure SEO best practices are followed across all pages and templates.
- Work on conversion optimization and improve lead generation funnels.
- Perform thorough unit testing of developed components.
- Collaborate with QA and stakeholders during integration/system/UAT phases.
- Rigorously follow development, delivery, and release processes.
