Job Title: Site Supervisor(Civil)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, ensure quality workmanship, maintain safety standards, and complete projects on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities and construction work.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and workers.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily work reports.
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Inspect construction work and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Maintain site records, including attendance, material usage, and work progress.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely material delivery.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved within the scheduled timeline.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 0–5 years of experience as a Civil Site Supervisor (or as required).
- Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and quality standards.
- Ability to manage workers and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,092.99 - ₹30,458.57 per month
