JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Production Head to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely production of high-quality products, while maintaining a safe and
productive work environment. The Production Head will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and controlling
manufacturing processes to achieve production targets and optimize resource utilization.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

- Have you worked in the manufacturing of AAC Blocks, Cement, RMC (Ready Mix Concrete), Dry Mix Mortar, Block Adhesive, or other Building Materials?
- Do you have experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, process improvements, or cost optimization initiatives?
- Are you comfortable working at the Umargam/Vapi location and in a manufacturing environment involving dust?
