Job Description
We are hiring a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) for our office in Rohini Sector 7, Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities through outbound calling, lead generation, and client relationship management.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply. Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, or Lead Generation will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Generate new business leads and opportunities.
- Explain company services and offerings to clients.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with 1+ year experience can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling client calls and follow-ups.
