Position: Staff Nurse

About the Role
We are looking for compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Staff Nurses to provide high-quality patient care across hospitals and healthcare facilities in Odisha. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver quality nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and maintain accurate medical records.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and post-discharge care.
- Ensure infection control practices and maintain hygiene standards.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain nursing documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
Eligibility Criteria
- GNM or ANM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration is mandatory.
- Freshers as well as experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
