Key Responsibilities
- Identify apartment communities, gated societies, corporates, schools, colleges, gyms, clubs, NGOs, and associations.
- Meet decision-makers such as HR Managers, Facility Managers, Admin Heads, RWA Presidents, and Society Secretaries.
- Pitch Dentohub’s free dental awareness and screening camp programs.
- Secure permissions and schedule health camps.
- Build long-term institutional partnerships.
- Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth execution of camps.
- Generate qualified patient leads and referrals.
- Maintain a database of prospects and follow up regularly.
- Represent Dentohub professionally at networking events and exhibitions.
- Achieve monthly targets for meetings, partnerships, camps, and patient conversions.
- Submit daily field visit reports and weekly progress reports.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Tamil and English (Hindi is an advantage).
- Confident in cold calling and field visits.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Comfortable travelling across Chennai.
- Experience using Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools is preferred.
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
