Job Title: 2W EV Scooty Service Engineer
Location:
Kolkata (In-house & Field Service)
Local candidates preferred, especially those residing in North or South Kolkata.
Working Hours:
10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Salary:
₹10,000 – ₹16,000 per month
Experience Required:
0–2 years (Freshers are welcome to apply)
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in electric two-wheelers (EV scooters).
- Perform repair and maintenance of mechanical and electrical components.
- Visit company hubs for inspection, servicing, and maintenance as required.
- Provide Roadside Assistance (RSA) at hubs, on-road locations, or client sites.
- Coordinate with riders and supervisors to schedule service visits efficiently.
- Prepare and submit service, repair, and maintenance reports.
- Ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems of two-wheelers, preferably EV scooters.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues.
- Must know how to ride a two-wheeler confidently.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory).
- Good problem-solving and repair skills.
- Willingness to travel for field assignments and provide on-site support.
- Comfortable working extended hours when required.
Preferred Candidates:
- Candidates residing in North or South Kolkata.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in EV scooter servicing or two-wheeler repair will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
