Position Overview
BM Elite International Clinic is seeking a qualified and experienced Cosmetic Dermatologist to manage dermatology and aesthetic medicine services at our Velachery centre.
The dermatologist will be responsible for patient consultations, diagnosis and treatment of dermatological conditions, aesthetic treatment planning, performing cosmetic procedures, maintaining clinical documentation, and ensuring high standards of patient safety and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations for skin, hair, nail, pigmentation and aesthetic concerns.
- Diagnose and manage common dermatological conditions, including acne, melasma, pigmentation, infections, allergies, hair loss and scalp disorders.
- Develop individualized medical and cosmetic treatment plans.
- Perform aesthetic procedures such as:
- Chemical peels
- Laser toning and pigmentation treatments
- Laser hair reduction
- Acne scar treatments
- Microneedling and RF microneedling
- PRP and regenerative skin or hair procedures
- Botox and dermal fillers, based on experience and credentialing
- Skin rejuvenation, tightening and anti-ageing procedures
- Assess patients before procedures and explain expected outcomes, limitations, risks and post-treatment care.
- Manage complications and provide appropriate follow-up care.
- Recommend suitable skincare products and home-care protocols without unnecessary overprescription.
- Maintain accurate consultation notes, treatment records, consent forms and clinical photographs.
- Follow infection-control, sterilization and biomedical-waste-management protocols.
- Coordinate with plastic surgeons, cosmetologists, hair-restoration specialists and other clinical departments for multidisciplinary cases.
- Participate in clinical meetings, treatment audits, staff training and protocol development.
- Support patient education initiatives, awareness programmes and ethically prepared clinical content.
- Maintain professional, ethical and evidence-based standards of practice.
Eligibility
- MD/DNB/Diploma in Dermatology, Venereology and Leprosy from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the appropriate Medical Council.
- Training or practical experience in aesthetic dermatology and laser procedures.
- Experience in injectables such as Botox and dermal fillers will be an advantage.
- Fresh postgraduates with strong procedural interest and appropriate training may also be considered.

Working Arrangement
- Full-time, centre-based position at Velachery.
- Working days and timings will be discussed during the interview.
- The candidate should be available for regular consultations, procedures and scheduled patient follow-ups.
