Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across industries.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and industry events.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand business requirements and present the agency's capabilities.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, pitches, and commercial quotations in collaboration with internal teams.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new business deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Creative, Digital, Strategy, and Client Servicing teams to develop tailored marketing solutions.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Track sales activities using CRM and prepare regular business development reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing opportunities.
- Represent the agency at networking events, exhibitions, and business forums.

Qualifications

Experience
Business Development Executive
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in an advertising, branding, digital marketing, media, or creative agency.
Business Development Manager
- 4–8 years of experience in business development with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Experience in agency sales and handling corporate clients is highly preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Existing network with marketing heads, brand managers, founders, or business owners is an advantage.
- Experience selling branding, digital marketing, website development, social media marketing, performance marketing, SEO, media planning, or creative services.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing solutions and advertising trends.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
