Position: Estimation & Billing Executive
Department: Interior Projects
Location: Mahim (W), Mumbai - 400016
Job Description:
· Study AutoCAD drawings and prepare accurate BOQs with specifications.
· Conduct rate analysis for new items and maintain a structured database.
· Handle client communication for estimates, changes, and extra work orders; update Google Drive accordingly.
· Compare estimates with bills to identify gaps and learnings.
· Collaborate in developing BOQ estimation tools for faster and more accurate outputs.
· Ensure all contractual terms, payment modes, and clauses are clearly defined and acknowledged in cost communications and work orders.
Key Requirements:
· Experience: 1–3 years in interior billing and estimation preferred
· Tools: Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
· Skills: Good English communication, professional email writing, MoM preparation
· Travel: Must be willing to travel to client sites when required
· Age Limit: Up to 30 years preferred
· Language: English fluency is a must
