Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, and integrations. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
Responsibilities
Minimum 2+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Develop and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
Build integrations using REST APIs, Streaming API (Platform Events, CDC), and Bulk API 2.0. Understand when to use Custom REST APIs.
Write optimized Apex code following governor limits and best practices.
Develop Async Apex (Batch, Future, Queueable).
Strong experience of developing Lightning Web Component.
Perform code reviews, strong debugging skills, and perform Unit Testing.
Use version control tools (GitHub/Bitbucket or any similar) – PR creation, merging, conflict resolution.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Good to Have
Exposure to Salesforce Agent Force implementation.
Experience using AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude) and basic prompt writing skills for development, drafting test cases, and drafting HLD documentation.
Preferred Certifications: PD1, Admin.
