About the Role
Execution is at the heart of everything we do.
We are looking for a Junior Project Management Executive – Operations who can coordinate projects from planning through execution while ensuring timelines, stakeholders, documentation, and site activities remain aligned.
This role requires someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating with multiple teams, tracking project progress, and ensuring commitments are delivered on time. You will work closely with project managers, site engineers, vendors, consultants, customers, and internal teams to help ensure the successful execution of projects.
Candidates from the elevator, lifts, escalators, construction, MEP, HVAC, building materials, engineering, or infrastructure industries will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Track project schedules, milestones, and execution timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, vendors, subcontractors, consultants, customers, and internal departments.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify delays, risks, and bottlenecks.
- Follow up on material availability, approvals, dispatches, installation schedules, inspections, and project handovers.
- Review engineering drawings using AutoCAD and coordinate with internal technical teams.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining project schedules using Microsoft Project.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports and dashboards.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and execution records.
- Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders.
- Escalate critical issues requiring management intervention.
- Support continuous improvement in project planning and execution.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in project coordination, project execution, operations, or project management support.
- Experience in the elevator, construction, MEP, HVAC, building materials, or infrastructure industry will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project will be an advantage.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to execution.
