Job Summary
The Admission Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing accurate information about academic programs, and assisting them from initial inquiry to enrollment. The role involves counselling students and parents, achieving admission targets, maintaining applicant records, and ensuring a smooth admission experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programs, eligibility criteria, fee structure, scholarships, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
- Follow up with prospective students to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Assist applicants throughout the admission process, including form filling, document verification, and fee payment.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and admissions using CRM or admission management systems.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments to ensure smooth admission processing.
- Organize and participate in admission drives, educational fairs, seminars, school visits, and promotional events.
- Achieve monthly and annual admission targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
- Address student and parent queries promptly and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with institutional admission policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, sales, customer service, or a related field (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
