Job Summary
We are looking for an Internal Consultant to support the global integration of BLP Digital into our SAP-based business process landscape.
In this role, you will help connect BLP Digital with existing SAP processes and support the implementation of OCR- and AI-based document processing across global business units. The focus is on ensuring that invoices, customer orders, documents, master data, workflows, approvals, exceptions, and SAP posting or order creation processes work reliably as part of an end-to-end digital document automation solution.
We are looking for someone who can think outside the box — someone who understands dependencies beyond individual tasks, connects business process and technology, challenges unclear requirements, and proactively identifies risks before they become operational issues.
Key Responsibilities

Support the global integration of BLP Digital into SAP-related business processes.
Analyze how BLP Digital interacts with SAP processes, master data, workflows, approvals, and interfaces.
Support configuration, validation, and process setup for OCR- and AI-based document processing.
Assist in testing invoice management, customer order processing, and document automation scenarios.
Support test preparation, test execution, defect tracking, retesting, and user acceptance testing.
Analyze issues related to OCR recognition, AI extraction, SAP posting logic, order creation logic, master data, authorization, workflow, interfaces, and user handling.
Support business users during go-live preparation, stabilization, and hypercare.
Prepare documentation, test evidence, issue summaries, and handover material.
Identify process gaps, integration risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities across the global process landscape.
Contribute to standardization, scalability, and continuous improvement of the BLP Digital solution.
Skill Requirements
Good understanding of SAP business processes, especially in areas such as procurement, accounts payable, invoice management, sales order processing, customer order management, finance, purchasing, master data, and approval workflows.
Experience with OCR, AI-based document processing, invoice automation, customer order automation, or digital document management solutions.
Experience in SAP-related integration, testing, support, or process improvement projects.
Ability to understand end-to-end process flows from document receipt through validation, approval, SAP posting or order creation, exception handling, and reporting.
Basic understanding of SAP configuration dependencies, master data structures, roles, authorizations, workflows, and interfaces.
Experience in test preparation, test execution, defect analysis, and hypercare support.
Strong analytical skills and ability to investigate issues across business process, system configuration, data quality, and user behavior.
Comfortable working in an international environment with global stakeholders, business units, and IT teams.
Strong communication skills in English.
Structured working style with clear documentation, ownership, and follow-up discipline.
Proactive mindset with the ability to think outside the box and understand the broader business and system impact.
Experience with tools such as SAP GUI, SAP Fiori, Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Excel, Teams, or SharePoint is beneficial.
